Delivery
Postage charges per order at £5.10 incl VAT, UK only.
Free delivery is available for orders over £500 within the UK.
For international orders, please email us at justrockets@btconnect.com for revised postage costs.
Deliveries to UK addresses are aimed to be made within 2 working days after day of order. If there is any delay known to us, then we will contact you either by telephone or email.
All completed orders before 3pm, Monday-Friday, will be sent out the same day. After 3pm the orders will be sent the next working day.
At the request of the customer, we will within reason dispatch part orders if there is a delay with an item.
The delivery service that we normally use is Royal Mail Tracked 1st Class. For larger/heavier items, such as tyres, we ship via FedEX.
The type of delivery service used is determined by the weight or item and will be on consignee only. It will be at the discretion of the courier service provider how they leave the parcels within their own policy and procedures. Please bear in mind that once the orders have left our premises, we have no control over them. If you have a query with your parcel please email justrockets@btconnect.com where we will be able to provide you with tracking details.
If your goods are lost in transit, we will either send out new goods or offer a full refund including any delivery charges that were paid.
Returns
Under the Distance Selling Regulations we abide by, Consumers have 14 days from receipt to let us know that the goods are being returned to us, then 14 days for it to arrive with us. The customer has a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in their possession, in the same condition as received. Certainly re-saleable in the very least.
Certain items however are exempt from being returned for health & safety reasons such as the lubricants we list, if the seal has been broken.
If you wish to return an item, you must contact us via email to justrockets@btconnect.com and we will be happy to advise you on the safest way to make your return, ensuring an accurate response to your request upon receipt.
Any items returned must be returned with a covering letter including the order number issued explaining whether a replacement or refund is required. When returning an item, you must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the goods in the condition they were sent out in and so that they are not damaged in transit.
If goods are received damaged, we will take reasonable steps in claiming against you for breach of this statutory right. You will be liable for the cost incurred in returning the item to us unless there has been an error on our part, or it is a manufacturing fault. If this is the case then the return postage may be refunded to you.
All returns must be done on a signed for basis. This can either be through the postal service or via courier. This then ensures that we have received your item and can therefore process the return quicker. Signed for is requested as we all know that the postal services can inadvertently lose packages causing both of us inconvenience in the long run.
Returns may take up to five working days to process upon receiving the goods. Once we have received the item(s) we will then carry out an inspection and inform you via email the outcome as soon as possible. If there is a warranty issue then it may be that we will have to send the item to our supplier for their immediate response with either a repair, replacement or a refund. We will try to keep the inconvenience as minimal as is possible. This will not affect your statutory rights in any way.
Items received back after the 30 Day Period will not be eligible for an exchange or refund and the item will be returned back to you.
Refunds
Refunds will be made in the same form as the original purchase. You will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of goods or as soon as possible if the order has been cancelled, in any case within a maximum of 30 days.
Please do bear in mind that although we have processed the refund and that the transaction occurs immediately from our side, it can take anywhere between three to ten days for your card issuer to reimburse your account under their policy and procedures.
You are under no obligation to purchase any product but you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
We will work alongside the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, Amendment Regulations (SI689/2005) and Electronic Commerce Regulations to protect your rights in confidently purchasing from this website. You have a cooling-off period of seven working days. You do not have to give a reason for cancelling nor will you have to pay any penalties for doing so. Working days mean all days other than Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays.
