To avoid any misinterpretation, please read these Terms & Conditions which govern the contract between us. By using the www.justrockets.co.ukwebsite, you ‘the buyer’ have read, understood and signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions and as such should be fully aware of them.

The copyright and all other rights on the website are owned by Carl & Anne Inkley, trading as Just Rockets.
All contents included on the website such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, with the compilation of all content, software suppliers on this website are exclusive property of Just Rockets. This is protected by the United Kingdom and International copyright and database right laws.

As a visitor to this website, you may download a single copy of the material for your own private viewing purposes only. No copying or distribution for any commercial or business use is permitted without our prior written consent.

You may not systematically extract and/or re-utilise parts of the contents, utilise any data mining, robots, or similar gathering and extraction tools to extract (whether once or many times), nor create and/or publish your own database that features substantial (e.g. our prices or product listings) parts of the website without Just Rockets express written consent. 

Accuracy of content;
Every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and all products have been described fairly.
However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax)
Prices are correct at time of posting and are subject to alter without notice and are subject to Errors and Omissions Excepted (E&EO).
The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only.
We do make every effort to display as accurately as possible for the products that are listed on our website. However; actual colours may vary dependant on your monitor, photographs issued by manufacturers/distributors as well as, batches during production.
Therefore we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of product on delivery.

We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and complete. However, we cannot always guarantee its accuracy and completeness.
We would advise you to verify the accuracy of any information before relying upon it. We try to ensure that the availability of the website will be uninterrupted and your experience will be error-free, due to the nature of internet errors, interruptions and delays may occur in the service at any time, this cannot be guaranteed.
Also, your access to the website may occasionally be suspended or restricted to allow for any repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new products & services.
Whenever possible, we will try to provide an advanced warning on our website of any planned interruptions. We will keep the duration of any such interruptions to a minimum so as not to cause too much of an inconvenience. 

Product Details
The products displayed are not shown to their actual size nor are their images binding as to detail and are for guidance purposes only.
Some photographs are for illustration purposes only using generic images as supplied by manufacturers/distributors.
The products may appear either slightly larger or smaller than the actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Rather than actual size; some products may look larger in size to show details whereas others will look smaller to show the entire item. If the product you receive is materially different from the product details specified, you shall be entitled to reject it without penalty. 

We list availability information for products sold by us on the website. On each item listing, there will be information for that product.
We are as specific as we can be on availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon completely. As we process your order, we will inform you via email or telephone if any products you order have been delayed or are no longer available. We will then mutually agree a deadline date up to a maximum of 30 days. If we are unable to meet the deadline date agreed, then we will refund you all monies paid which will be made as quickly as possible and within a maximum of 30 days. 

The company will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. 

Your Account

If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password as well as any activities that occur under your account, and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. If using a shared computer, be sure to sign out of your account when you are finished. 

Please ensure that the details you have provided to us are correct and complete. Please inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering with us. You can access and update much of your information that is provided to us within the Your Account section of the website. Please double-check your profile information after you make any changes so we can make sure to deliver the goods and bill it according to your preference. 

We recommend that you choose an easy to remember login name and password by selecting a combination made up of letters and numbers to keep your account secure. 

If you have reason to believe that your password has become known to others or if it is being used / likely to be used in an unauthorised manner, please change it immediately and inform us. 

Payment Methods
The payment method is by the method that is specified on the website. We accept all major credit & debit cards by communicating your card details through Stripe / PayPal. This gives us a secure online payment gateway for card processing. Please ensure that the expiry date on your payment card is after the anticipated dispatch of your order.
We also accept Bank Transfer – please contact us for details regarding this payment method. 

The company reserves the right to refuse access to the website, remove or edit content or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, the buyer will not be charged.

We will not be in breach of contract as a result of any Force Majeure Event which includes any delay or failure to perform our obligations as set out in these terms where such delay or failure to perform arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our commitment

When you place an order with us to purchase any product that we sell, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order with the order details along with receipt of payment. When we send you this order confirmation, a legally binding contract will then exist between Just Rockets and the ‘buyer’. 

Cancelling

You can cancel or amend any order placed with us provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process. A refund will be given within 30 days of cancellation. You MUST confirm in writing via email that you wish to cancel your order. We cannot accept any cancellations via telephone (it could be anyone on the other end of the phone). 

Your cancellation rights end 14 days upon receipt of your goods. If you do cancel whilst in receipt of the goods then you must make arrangements for the item(s) to return within 14 days to our address. You are liable for the cost of returns and a 10% restocking fee. Products that have been back ordered or special ordered cannot be cancelled or returned. 

Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us. It will be deemed as being complete when we send an email confirming your order has been dispatched.

Privacy

Any personal information provided to Just Rockets will be treated with confidentiality and respect. We do not and will not sell information to third parties. Information on your account held by us would be up to date information regarding recent orders; personally identifiable information such as your name, email, communications, address and payment details.

We use the information you provide to handle orders, deliver products and services, process payments, communicate with you regarding your orders, products, services and to update our records and generally maintain your account on our website.
We also use the information to improve our store, prevent or detect fraud or any abuse of our website and enable third parties to carry out any technical, logistical or other functions on our behalf if required.

Third Party Service Providers;

We use other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. This includes delivering parcels/packages, sending postal mail, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links and securely processing credit/debit card payments.
They will have access to personal information that is needed to perform their functions but may not use it for other purposes. They must process the personal information in accordance with this privacy statement and as permitted by the UK’s Data Protection Act 1998.

We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. This certainly does not include selling, renting, sharing or disclosing any personally identifiable information from customers for commercial purposes. 

We work to protect the security of your information during the checkout process by using Stripe which encrypts your information.
We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. We transmit the entire encrypted credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of personally identifiable customer information under the GDPR Regulations.
Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose any personal information to you.

Our business can change and our terms and conditions can also change. It is advisable that you should check our website frequently to see any recent changes.

The content of these terms and conditions will not affect your statutory rights, they are not intended to and do not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party. 

If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void or enforceable for any reason, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
