What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit & debit cards and PayPal through our website.

We also accept Bank Transfer - please contact us for details.

How long will delivery take?

Our delivery aim is 2 working days after day of order within the UK. 

Once the order has been dispatched, we no longer have control over this. 

Please contact us for tracking information if required.

Can I return my item? 

We offer an exchange or refund if the item is faulty. 

You can also return items if you no longer require them but there is a 10% restocking fee and we do not pay for the return postage.

Do you post outside of the UK?

Yes, we post worldwide. For international orders, please contact us via email. 

I am looking for ... do you stock this?

We stock many genuine Triumph Rocket 3 parts that we cannot list all on the website. 

We also have a direct line to Triumph parts stock so if we haven't got it, we can get this for you quickly if it is available. 

Please contact us if you are looking for something specific.

How long do backorders take? 

We are ordering and have deliveries daily of stock and if an item is listed as backorder on the website, we will notify you immediately of the time scale when this will be available. 

There is always the possibility that we haven't had chance to update the stock quantities on the website :)
